It is also near the the Feria, the Exhibition area of Barcelona and can therefore be very interesting for people coming to Barcelona for the exhibition. The apartment is comfortable, with all the necessary implements to make your stay pleasant in the apartment, including a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom also includes a hairdryer. The building has an elevator. If the accommodation is available for a longer time (a month or longer), rent for more time than usual can be arranged. So, coming for vacation or for the exhibition or for work, this is an easy-to-reach place and it is within walking distance to the center, the exhibition area and 20 minutes walking to the beach. There are plenty cafes, restaurants and small supermarkets in the immediate surrounding. A good start if staying in Barcelona!
