This three bedroom apartment is divided over two floors and comes with a splendid view over the Amstel. You can't be more centrally located than this!

The bright and spacious living comes with fauteuils, coffee table, relaxing sofa, a large flatscreen television with DVD playern and a large dining table. By folding out the sofa bed the apartment sleeps six persons.

The fully equipped open plan kitchen comes with dishwasher, stove, microwave oven and all necessary kitchen utensils to prepare your meals at home.

The three comforttable bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment. Two bedrooms come with a comfortable double bed and one with two single beds.

The two fresh and tidy white bathrooms come with shower cabin and sink. A separate toilet is located next to the bathroom.

This new apartment is still being decorated, therefore the pictures are not from the actual apartment. The pictures represent a fair idea of what the apartment will look like when decoration has been finished. New pictures will be uploaded as soon as possible!

Area

The apartment is located right on Amstel at the end of the Single and
the Rokin. It is just five minutes from the Rembrandt Square, one of
Amsterdam’s popular vibrant night-life areas surrounded
by bars, restaurants and nightclubs.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of the Flower Market, Dam
Square, the
shopping streets (Utrechtsestraat and Kalverstraat), the Canal belt area
and the pictureresque Nieuwmarkt. At the Rembrandt Square you have easy
access to public transport with several trams to
Central Station or other disctricts.

Major places of interest are nearby such as the Rembrandt House, the Hermitage, Amsterdam Music Theatre
