This well-appointed apartment is divided over two floors. The delightful living area downstairs features a comfortable sofa couch, arm chairs, open plan kitchen and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave oven, dish washer and freezer. For the in-house entertainment there is a large flat screen TV with DVD player. A seperate toilet is in the hall.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom is at the frontside of the apartment and is equipped with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with double sink, bath, separate shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment. One bedroom comes with a double bed and gives access to a small balcony. The other bedroom features two single beds. On this floor you can also find a second bathroom with shower and sink, a seperate toilet and the washer/dryer.

Area

The apartment is located at the edge of the Old South area (also known as the Museum Quarter) and is very close to ‘the Pijp’ area. Here you find an abundance of cafés and restaurants and the famous Albert Cuyp market.

The apartment is near the Museum Square, a square surrounded by Amsterdam’s main sights as the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Stedelijk Museum (Museum of Modern Art which is temporary closed) and the Concertgebouw, a building that, like its most important player the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, enjoys a worldwide reputation.

The eclectic nightlife of Leidse square is just 10 minutes away.
