This brand new studio is located
on the second floor and boasts large windows overlooking a quiet street
at the front of the apartment building.

Apartment

The Iris 2 South studio is modern-designed and the combination
between a living and sleeping area offers a cozy atmosphere. The studio
features an open fully equipped kitchen with four hotplates, fridge and a
microwave/oven. A dining table for two persons, a comfortable double
bed, a flat screen TV and a DVD player complete the living area of the
studio. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and a shower with two
shower heads.

Services and facilities:

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Please note that the current
pictures
showing are from our Hyacint Apartment located in the same building
representing the same look and feel of this studio. After decorations
are
finished the correct pictures will be uploaded.

Fair-trade Max Havelaar Cotton

The bath linen we use is made of Fair-trade cotton. Fair-trade cotton is
cotton that is produced durable without any insecticides in developing
countries. By paying an honest price to local farmers the environment of
those who are directly involved is improved step by step.

We always keep looking for new ways to contribute to a better environment.

Area

The Iris 2 South studio is in a beautiful green neighbourhood of the
Plantage district on the east end of Amsterdam. Here you will find the
most interesting sights in the city, from a 19th-century zoo to
Rembrandt's house.

Besides the lovely natural attraction in the area such as the Museum of
the Tropics, the luscious botanical gardens and the Artis Zoo, there is
also an exquisite cultural offer: the Hermitage Amsterdam Museum, the
Rembrandt House, the Jewish Historical Museum and the Dutch Resistance
Museum. Moreover, De Plantage has stylish terraces, prestigious
restaurants and fantastic shopping opportunities.

There are several tram stops going to the city centre. The Waterloo Square and Rembrandt Square are just 15 minutes away.
