The Gothic Loft B is set on an eighteenth century Neoclassical building in Boters Street. This beautiful loft has been recently refurbished in a balanced fusion of stylish chic and key authentic elements like the Catalan vaulted ceilings and wood floors. The spaces are maximized with a serene palette of neutral colours and elegant furniture.

A clear light comes in through the large windows bestowing a warm Mediterranean atmosphere to the lounge area which features a double sofa-bed, a sculptural designer armchair, a coffee table and a flat screen television. A fine dining table for six is adjacent to the open kitchen, fitted out with professional stainless steel appliances and fully equipped so you can prepare your own meals.

The bedroom and bathroom are located at the rear so you can can relax and sleep peacefully. Furnished with a very comfortable double bed the bedroom is spacious and bright. The bathroom is fresh with a slight oriental flair.

This sweet apartment in the centre of the old city is the perfect base to get around Barcelona or just stay put. What a treat to open the doors wide open while sipping a good Spanish wine and enjoying the romantic view.

There is air conditioning and heating, what makes it liveable year-round. It's on the second floor and it can house four persons.

Tucked outside the Roman walls, the Gothic Loft is located at the heart of the old city neighbouring Barcelona's Cathedral and the ancient Roman viaducts. This fourth century quarter, the Barrio Gótico, is a hallucinating maze of narrow alleyways which has barely changed through the ages.

The apartment is close to the picturesque Plaza del Pi and Portal del Ángel, one of the old city's entrances and today one of the busiest shopping streets in Barcelona. El Portal del Ángel continues to be the passing through into the Gothic quarters, the Cathedral and the trendy Borne with its variety of restaurants and shops.

It takes less than five minutes to get to Las Ramblas and enjoy a stroll along the many shops, street artists, the colourful abundance of the Mercado de la Boquería and the famous Liceu Theatre. The Plaza Cataluña station is a few meters away with subways and trains going everywhere.
