The two-floor Dam Square Apartment 1 has a fantastic view and can house up to four persons.

Apartment

The entrance of the apartment is on the second floor and enters into the bright living area. The entrance of the apartment is on the second floor and one flight of
stairs leads to the third floor into the
bright living area. The dining area consists of an open plan kitchen
which is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave/oven, four-pit stove
and comes with all neccessary utilities which allows you to prepare
luxurious meals which can be enjoyed on the large dining table.

At the other end of the room the living area offers a fantastic view over the Dam Square. A flat screen with DVD is installed for your entertainment. The apartment comes with free WiFi. A large sofa and two comfortable arm chairs with stools complete the living area in style.

In the middle of the apartment is a flight of stairs which brings you one story down to the sleeping area. This area features one bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The sofa on the second floor transforms into a double sleeping sofa which allows the apartment to house up to four persons. The large bathroom comprises of a bath with shower, a seperate shower, two seperate sinks and a toilet. In addition the apartment also comes with a washing machine. There is another toilet installed on the second floor for your convenience.

The bath linen we use is made of Fair-trade cotton. Fair-trade cotton is
cotton that is produced durable without any insecticides in developing
countries. By paying an honest price to local farmers the environment of
those who are directly involved is improved step by step.

Area

Perfectly located on the Dam Square in the centre of Amsterdam, within
easy walking distance of Central Station, Rembrandt Square and the
Canal Belt. All the major places of interest and the shopping street
Kalverstraat are nearby. The apartment building is surrounded by a lot
of bars and restaurants, many of them in walking distance.
