This apartment is located in the same building as ref. 5072, but on the 3rd. floor. Leaning against the neighbourhood the Jordaan, an area of the old part of Amsterdam which reinvented itself and today is a real pleasure to stroll through its small streets and walk along its canals full of little shops, cafés and good small restaurants. With a 10-15 minute walk you reach the Dam, a square where the city started to develop centuries ago and today houses a Royal Palace (once the Town Hall), a monument of the 2nd World War and a famous department store, the Bijenkorf (the Beehive). If you don't feel like walking, just take the tram in front of the apartment. It takes you into the city, including the Railway Station.
