The L-shaped living of this third floor apartment comes with fauteuils, comfortable sofa, coffee table, a large flat screen television with DVD player and a large dining table.

The compact but fully equipped kitchen comes with stove, microwave oven and all necessary kitchen utensils to prepare your meals at home.

The three bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment. Two are fitted with a double bed and one with two single beds.

The fresh and tidy bathroom comes with bath, shower cabin and sink. A separate toilet is located next to the bathroom.

Area

The apartment building is literally facing the entrance of the
Rijksmuseum and is a stone’s throw from the Museum Square, a square and
layout of green surrounded by Amsterdam’s main museums; Rijksmuseum, Van
Gogh Museum and Stedelijk Museum (reopens September 2012). Also Located
on the Museum Square is the Concertgebouw, this concert hall which
enjoys a worldwide reputation with its most important player the Royal
Concertgebouw Orchestra.

At the backside of the apartment you have to cross the P.C. Hooftstraat,
a trendy and posh shopping street with all major fashion brands, to
reach the Vondelpark, the most popular city park in Amsterdam. The
English-style park is ideal for a relaxing stroll or enjoying the
scenery from one of the lovely terraces.

The apartment is located just five minutes from the Leidse Square, where
you will find a vast choice of restaurants, bars, cafés and nightlife.

Several trams stop at the corner of the street to take you straight back to Central Station.
