The 70m2 split-level apartment is located on the ground floor with the double bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet on the lower ground floor. The living room and open plan kitchen are on street level overlooking the canal and the Amstel river.

There is an extra toilet in the back of the apartment next to the well-equipped kitchen. The living room features a TV, DVD and a comfortable sleeping sofa, which makes this apartment suitable for four persons. This apartment has an ADSL connection so please bring your ethernet cable with you.
