Noise

A certain noise in the old center of the city is often unavoidable. In countries like Spain or Portugal, this is part of life but not all visitors appreciate this. If you are outgoing this may not be a problem. If you live in the center of your own city, you may also understand this. However, if you plan to be in bed before midnight, we think you are looking for a place as less noisy as possible. Therefore:

You prefer to be in the middle of the outgoing area, with some noise consequences if this happens to be so

You prefer an early night rest as quiet as possible, even if you have to be 10/20 minutes walking distance from the old centre (10/15 minutes by metro/taxi)
