Apartment
The Liceu B4 is a typical loft on an 18th century building, just a step away from the super famous Ramblas promenade. While the outside is bustling, the interior is serene… and bright with large windows that open wide to let the natural light flow freely inside. The traditional catalán vault ceilings and smooth wooden floors confer an authentic quality to this centric apartment.
The open plan lay out is simple, functional and attractive. A drawer Murphy bed hides brilliantly under the steps of the bi level floor. The loft is furnished with a dining table for four, a comfortable sofa bed, a tall cabinet, a coffee table and a flat screen TV for your entertainment – also Wi-Fi Internet Service.
The modern kitchen provides everything you might need to prepare your own meals: fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and cupboards filled with pans, dishes and utensils. The bathroom is white tiled fresh and fully equipped.
The air conditioning and heating makes it perfect for stays all year round. It's on the fourth floor and it has an elevator, which is a luxury in the historic part of the city.

The Liceu Apartment is just a step away from las Ramblas, one of the most famous boulevards in the world. This unique stretch of bars, cafés, shops, restaurants and hotels is populated by a picturesque fauna of street performers and live statues. Along its way you will find the colourful abundance of el Mercado de la Boquería and the Gran Teatre del Liceu – to which the apartment owes its name. The Liceu is the second largest Opera House in Europe, only Milan's La Scala has more room than the thirty-five-hundred seats of el Liceu.
Las Ramblas are the biggest reference in Barcelona, wherever you might want to go you'll walk down or up this great promenade. If you walk down you'll go towards the harbour and run into Cristopher Colmbus lifting his finger and pointing in the wrong direction... If you walk up, you'll be absorbed by Portal del Angel's mayhem with its many shops and big stores.
A five minute walk from the apartment is Plaza Cataluña, Barcelona's most central square and the Plaza de Cataluña Station with subways and trains going everywhere.
