The bedroom is located a the back of the apartment and is fitted with two comfortable single beds. The ensuite bathroom with sink, shower cabin and bathtub is fresh and tidy. In the apartment there is a separate toilet.

The Marie Heinekenplein is located at the spot where formerly a large part of the former Heineken Brewery was located. Nowadays the former brewery hosts the Heineken Experience.
The surroundings of the Heinekenplein Marie, the French Halsstraat and Gerard Douplein houses many cafes. It is primarily a recreation area for students and is often compared to Paris' Latin Quarter. There are also a great deal of restaurants, in all kinds.
