The Paseo de Gracia three bedroom apartment's luxury is in the warmth of
the light, its freshness, the spaciousness of the rooms, high ceilings,
wooden floors, long hallways and a huge sunny terrace; everything in an
atmosphere of relaxed sophistication.

The distribution of the common space is very modern and functional
featuring a dining table on one side and on the other side there are two
sofa beds and a flat screen television for your entertainment. The
hallway, like a light tunnel, leads you to the kitchen, spacious and
fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare luxurious
meals: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and plenty of
cabinets filled with crockery and utensils.

Two of the three bedrooms are fitted out with two single beds each. The
master bedroom features a double bed and has access to a terrace, where
you can have lovely breakfasts, unwind with a good Spanish wine after an
adventurous day, enjoy lunches, romantic dinners or simply bask in the
sun.

For your comfort and absolute convenience there are two full bathrooms
which boast relaxing bathtubs. In addition there is a third separate
toilet.

is the perfect Barcelona stay. It can house eight guests, it's on the
first floor and it has an elevator.

It is not only the most fashionable avenue in the city, the glittering
Paseo de Gracia Avenue is also the address of some of Gaudi's
masterpieces like the enigmatic Casa Batlló and the Casa Milá, better
known as la Pedrera. The residential area of the Eixample district is a
living museum of Modernist Architecture. This grid-patterned area was
created in the 19th century to accommodate the overflowing population
from the Gothic district. It coincided with prosperous times when many
families became wealthy in the textile industry, Barcelona’s golden age
of architecture. Geniuses such as Antoni Gaudí, Puig i Cadafalch,
Domènech i Muntaner were employed by these wealthy families to build
town houses, each more daring and exuberant than the other.

Not far from the the apartments is the emblematic Basílica de la Sagrada
Familia – Gaudí's masterpiece – and just around the corner is the
Hospital of the Holy Cross and Sant Pau, a functioning hospital and
probably the most complex example of Modernist architecture – a UNESCO
World Heritage Site.

This fascinating district is perfect for those who want an authentic
experience, the neighbourhood offers a true feel of life in Barcelona
with major places of interest easily accessible, local shops, typical
coffee and tapas' bars and good value restaurants offering a more
refined setting in which to relax at night. 


A short stroll through these beautiful avenues takes you to the city
centre and many of Barcelona's attractions. Las Ramblas and the beach
are just a short metro ride ride away.
