The Iris 1 North is a lovely one bedroom apartment located in the
green Plantage district and yet it's so accessible to the city centre.
This first floor apartment is full of light with enhancing contrasts which flows into the apartment through the large windows.
The living/dining room has a cozy atmosphere, featuring a double sofa
bed, an armchair, a coffee table and for your entertainment there is a
flat screen television. The dining area is nicely placed by the open
kitchen which is covered in white tiles and is completely equipped for
your convenience.
Fitted out with two comfortable single beds, the bedroom is thin and
stylish and is located at the back of the apartment. The bathroom is
small, but fresh, featuring a shower cabin with two shower heads. As
separate toilet is in the hallway.
The Iris 1 North is a peaceful haven, and can perfectly host four persons.

Important information
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will trigger the fire alarm. A false alarm will be fined.
Due to the recent renovation the staircase leading to the first and second floor are not yet completely decorated.

The bath linen we use is made of Fair-trade cotton. Fair-trade cotton is
cotton that is produced durable without any insecticides in developing
countries. By paying an honest price to local farmers the environment of
those who are directly involved is improved step by step.
We always keep looking for new ways to contribute to a better environment.
Area
The Iris 1 North apartment is in a beautiful green neighbourhood of the
Plantage district on the east end of Amsterdam. Here you will find the
most interesting sights in the city, from a 19th-century zoo to
Rembrandt's house.
Besides the lovely natural attraction in the area such as the Museum of
the Tropics, the luscious botanical gardens and the Artis Zoo, there is
also an exquisite cultural offer: the Hermitage Amsterdam Museum, the
Rembrandt House, the Jewish Historical Museum and the Dutch Resistance
Museum. Moreover, De Plantage has stylish terraces, prestigious
restaurants and fantastic shopping opportunities.
There are several tram stops going to the city centre. The Waterloo Square and Rembrandt Square are just 15 minutes away.
