Attractive and modern decorated 2-bedroom apartment in the Eastern Disctrict located on the fourth floor, conveniently close to the Oosterpark.

The cosy living features a large flat screen TV with DVD player, dining
table and comfortable sofa. The fully equipped open plan kitchen is
fitted with a four pit stove, microwave-oven and dishwasher.

The two bedroom are located on the upper level and are both fitted with a comfortable double bed. The nicely
decorated fresh and tidy bathroom consists of a shower, sink and
toilet. For your convenience a washing machine and dryer are placed in
the bathroom.

Bed linen and 1 small & 1 large towel per person are provided.

Fair-trade Max Havelaar Cotton

The bath linen we use is made of Fair-trade cotton. Fair-trade cotton is
cotton that is produced durable without any insecticides in developing
countries. By paying an honest price to local farmers the environment of
those who are directly involved is improved step by step.

Area

The apartment building is located in the
eastern district which is just outside the central district of the city.
The street is in between the Oosterpark, Amsterdam’s first laid out
green space in the 1880s, and the Dappermarket, one of Amsterdam's most
popular fresh market offering a worldwide assortment of food en
non-food. The beautiful City Zoo Artis is also close by. The location may seem far from the city centre, but it is just a small
10 minute tram ride (no.9) to the Rembrandt Square.

A variety of restaurants and cafés can be
found alongside the Oosterpark as well as the Tropenmuseum, this museaum gives
insights into Dutch colonial activities in the East Indies. Don’t miss
out on the numerous Indonesian and Surinamese takeaways nearby the
Linnaeusstraat!
